At Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh, our mission is to ensure safe and healthy homes for all our neighbors. To remain transparent and fair to the community we serve, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our application process to new requests.
We are currently experiencing an unprecedented level of interest in our programs. At this time, we have received more applications than we can realistically address within the next year. Additionally, like many of our partner organizations in the region, we are navigating a period of very limited funding.
Closing applications allows our team to focus all available resources on the homeowners currently in our queue and ensures we do not make promises we cannot keep. We are incredibly sorry for any stress or disappointment this may cause.
